Reviews for Skin, Hair & Nails are on the way
We publish a review only after the label, the doses, the research and the refund terms have been checked. Until then, here is how we judge every product.
How we reviewWe check collagen type and dose, biotin levels, active skincare ingredients and antifungal claims against published research. Side effects and refund terms are part of every review.
High dose biotin can affect some lab tests, so tell your doctor if you take it. Ask before use if you are pregnant or take medication.
Do hair, skin, and nail supplements work if you are not deficient?
For most people who eat a varied diet, there is little evidence that biotin or collagen supplements improve hair, skin, or nails. A true deficiency is uncommon. High dose biotin can also interfere with some lab tests, so tell your doctor before blood work. Changes in hair or nails can signal other health problems worth checking.
